to be confident that your hard-earned money is spent wisely and is properly allocated
to continue to enjoy the resources and services available in Knox County and for those resources to be easily accessible, maintained, and kept up-to-date with necessary improvements
to know that your concerns will be addressed and acted upon, to feel that your opinion matters
economic development to continue to prosper, but not to intrude on the close-knit community we are proud to call home
your values to be acknowledged and considered in decisions involving the Eighth District

to listen to ALL District Eight Voters
to be accountable to the citizens of Knox County
to return Midway Industrial Park money to the county treasury
a new Gibbs Middle School
a new Carter Elementary School
funding for a Carter Community Senior center
no new Tax Incremental Funding except as needed under Industrial Development Board guidelines
to be a person of new ideas and a voice for the people
